Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Expertise

We are seeking an exceptional Bookkeeper to support our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be extremely organized, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description:

The successful Bookkeeper will be responsible for supporting the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and general record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Support: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
  • Billing and Payment Management: Resolve billing and payment issues with departments in a timely manner.
  • Credit Card Processing: Manage corporate credit cards according to internal policies and controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, preparing additional reports as requested.
Requirements:
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is desired.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with mandatory QuickBooks experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps.
Home Office Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • A computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • A noise-cancelling headset.
  • A backup internet connection.
