Independent Financial Operations Specialist

**Accounting Expert Wanted**
We are seeking a skilled accounting expert to ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate processing of accounts, payroll (including STP), superannuation, and regular reporting.
The role involves handling IAS and BAS preparation, ensuring timely lodgment. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide feedback for process improvements, identify opportunities for business growth, and maximize efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business Management or relevant experience
- Experience in management reporting and analysis
- At least three years Australian bookkeeping experience for small to medium businesses
- Xero and Xero payroll certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to high level)
