We are seeking a 3D Modeling Specialist to join our team in Remote Work. This role involves converting high-resolution 2D images into 3D point cloud models designed for subsurface crystal engraving using advanced laser technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modeling, CAD, and image-to-3D conversion. Strong understanding of bas-relief modeling and digital sculpting is also required.

  • Conversion of 2D Images: Convert high-resolution 2D images (JPEG/PNG) into 3D bas-relief point cloud models with raised facial features.
  • Image Enhancement: Enhance image contrast, clarity, and definition to achieve optimal engraving results.
  • File Compatibility: Ensure file compatibility with engraving machine formats (e.g., OBJ).
  • Model Scaling: Scale and adjust 3D models to fit crystal dimensions (e.g., 5cm cube).
  • Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks before delivering engraving-ready files.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in 3D modeling, CAD, or image-to-3D conversion.
  • Familiarity with point cloud generation tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of bas-relief modeling and digital sculpting.
  • Knowledge of 3D file formats (OBJ, STL, etc.) and scaling processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
