About The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to utilize their expertise in image processing, 3D modeling, and precision formatting for laser engraving systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert 2D images into 3D point cloud models with raised facial features (bas-relief effect)
  • Enhance image clarity and contrast to optimize depth and detail in final output
  • Ensure compatibility of point cloud files with engraving machine formats (e.g., OBJ)
  • Scale and align models to match crystal dimensions
  • Perform quality checks and deliver engraving-ready files for production
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, MeshLab, or equivalent)
  • Experience with point cloud generation and manipulation
  • Familiarity with subsurface laser engraving or similar precision manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet formatting specifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple image conversions efficiently
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of bas-relief modeling techniques
  • Experience in image enhancement and depth mapping
  • Understanding of OBJ file structure and compatibility standards
