- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite), and basic understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
