Job Opportunity: Construction Planner

We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to join our team on a remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work as an independent contractor, leveraging your expertise in construction programming, project management, and delivery advice.

This role will involve supporting a growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting. You will be working closely with the consultancy lead to manage programming deliverables, freeing them to focus on client-facing tasks and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
• Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
• Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
• Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
