Job Opportunity

The digital marketing solutions team drives the adoption of off-platform marketing strategies, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This role will oversee the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through the adoption of different off-platform ads channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to sellers to drive strong return on ad spend.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment among sellers, new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices.
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow from planning to reporting, with cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with experience working with datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results.
