The Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement HR strategies to support the overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives, vision, and values.
  • Work with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities and to develop and execute HR plans that support the organization's objectives.
  • Provide leadership and support to the HR Department and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders – including employees, management, industry partners, and the community.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall changing business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and procedures and thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
