We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

About the Role
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Respond to tax-related inquiries and coordinate with tax authorities as needed

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial software such as QuickBooks or Xero. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also assist with payroll processing, ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
