Business Finance Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential SME leads across various channels. This includes inbound and outbound communication, as well as digital platforms.

To excel in this position, you will need to engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and online interactions to understand their finance needs. Conducting initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products is also a crucial aspect of the role.

A key responsibility will be to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce. Collaborating with Senior Business Finance Specialists to hand off qualified leads is also essential.

In addition to these tasks, contributing to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes is vital. Staying up-to-date with market trends, products, and lending partners is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SME Lead Identification: Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across various channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and online interactions.
  • Eligibility Assessment: Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead Generation Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support.
  • Financial Services Background: Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets.
