Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.">
  • Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.">
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable shift-left operational models.">
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.">
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.">
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure compliance and reliability.">
  • Stay informed about rapid technical changes and emerging trends in enterprise data platforms.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.">
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.">
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.">
  • Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).">
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.">
