UX Task Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a UX task coordinator to assist with coordinating UX tasks both internally and with clients. This role offers an on-demand UX service for B2B SaaS companies of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate UX tasks internally and with clients through effective coordination and project management strategies.
  • Translate project discussions into relevant tasks, ensuring seamless communication with team members and clients.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding tasks, progress, and blockers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Coordinate task schedules and budgets with assignees, promoting efficient workflow and resource allocation.
  • Utilize ClickUp to create and assign tasks to team members, streamlining collaboration and productivity.
  • Evaluate design requirements to ensure they meet approved standards, working closely with the design lead to review and approve designs.
  • Manage internal and client Figma files, maintaining consistency across all approved designs and updating client files accordingly.
  • Collaborate in delivering final designs to clients via Loom or other preferred methods, providing a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects, possessing a general understanding of UI/UX design principles and software development processes.
  • Effective communication skills, allowing for clear and concise communication with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in using Figma for file management, page organization, layer control, and account administration.
  • A proactive approach to improving existing processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements within the team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to navigate complex challenges and find creative solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of task coordination.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp and Figma, with experience in managing or coordinating UI/UX projects.
