Job Description:

Overview:

The HVAC Systems Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures for chiller, AHU, and FCU installations, maintenance, and repairs. The successful candidate will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller, AHU, and FCU systems;
  • To conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policy;
  • To identify and address potential quality issues proactively;
  • To develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA procedures, findings, and improvements;
  • To lead and supervise a team of QA & Service Engineers responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing chiller, AHU, and FCU systems;
  • To develop and implement service schedules ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer requests;
  • To manage service contracts, track performance metrics, and optimize service delivery processes;
  • To provide technical guidance and support to QA & Service Engineers;
  • To handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently;
  • To motivate, train, and mentor QA & Service Engineers;
  • To foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the service team;
  • To ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices within the team;
  • To collaborate with project managers on new installations ensuring seamless integration of chiller, AHU, and FCU systems;
  • To provide technical expertise during project planning and execution ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines;
  • To identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA and service departments;
  • To implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction;
  • To stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC systems;

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience (installation/maintenance/repair) of chiller, AHU, and FCU systems;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing service teams in the HVAC industry;
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, system design, and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures;
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management, documentation, and reporting;
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
