Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide extensive knowledge and support for custom-built solutions and applications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in understanding diverse business processes and contribute to project implementation within the scope of Pressure Management.

This role involves providing expertise in SAFe Agile ceremonies, requirement gathering, validation, and coordination to align system and business needs. You will translate business requirements into system requirements, guide developers and end-users, and resolve conflicts to achieve optimal business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze global process impacts, manage implementation plans, and act as a liaison between global teams and regional departments. They will also support development efficiency, validate test cases for UAT, and ensure consistent quality outputs by reviewing developer work.

Additionally, this role requires facilitating user group discussions, troubleshooting system issues, and documenting business system updates to ensure functional alignment. The successful candidate will also lead continuous improvement projects, analyze data needs, and ensure global standardization of reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:
