About this role:

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our business solutions team. As a PowerApps/Integration Specialist, you'll play a key role in streamlining business processes and building scalable internal applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Automated Workflows: Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize business operations and improve productivity.
  • Integration Expertise: Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient system integration.
  • Customization and Extension: Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript to meet the evolving needs of your users.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications that meet their needs.
  • Security and Governance: Ensure security, governance, and compliance in the app environment to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Documentation and Training: Document solutions and train end users as needed to ensure successful adoption and utilization of applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support for app enhancements and troubleshooting to ensure the continued success of business solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors.
  • Background in automation and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
