Job Title: Automation Systems Manager

We're looking for an expert in marketing systems and workflows. Your goal will be to automate tasks, improve lead flow, and deliver clean data.

  • Administer and optimize the Marketing Tech Stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more.
  • Bulk up automation and streamline processes for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution.
  • Provide campaign support: Set up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure for accurate reporting and smooth execution.
  • Maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex. Monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Run A/B tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using project tools like Notion.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization.
Success Metrics:
  • 30 Days: Understand business operations, tech stack, and system connections.
  • 60 Days: Improve workflows and manage data operations.
  • 90 Days: Own systems, fix issues, and ship improvements.
