Senior Contract Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our corporate legal team as a full-time independent contractor.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in contract management systems, including day-to-day operations and no-code automation setup, to ensure efficient contract processing and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:- Process internal contracts through approval workflows, verify forms are filled out correctly, route to approvers, and send to the correct parties for signature.
- Review and redline contracts, draft 1-2 paragraph summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers.
- Manage contracts within our contract management system, create templates, folders, direct files to appropriate locations, create tags for efficient searching, and perform other typical day-to-day system operations.
- Set up and maintain automated workflows in contract management systems or similar platforms, defining no-code rules for document routing, escalating based on conditions, and directing to final signatories.
The successful candidate will have a law degree with 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, excellent written communication skills, and extensive experience operating within contract management systems.
