Financial Operations Manager

- A detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper is required to manage high-volume financial operations for an EV infrastructure business.
The ideal candidate will have proven proficiency with Bill.com platform for payables management, advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, complex formulas, and sophisticated reconciliation processes. They should also have solid experience with fixed asset management and depreciation schedule creation, as well as previous bookkeeping experience, preferably with US-based clients.
The responsibilities of this role include managing comprehensive accounts payable processes through the Bill.com platform, handling accounts receivable operations and customer billing processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date QuickBooks records for all financial transactions, creating and maintaining detailed depreciation schedules for high-value fixed assets, executing thorough monthly closing procedures including fixed asset reporting, performing complex reconciliation of thousands of monthly transactions, downloading, processing, and analyzing detailed transaction reports from charging network software, recording and categorizing high-volume transaction data with precision and accuracy, and supporting financial reporting and analysis for business growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to meet monthly closing deadlines, commitment to working Eastern Time business hours, professional approach to handling sensitive financial information, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment without relying on AI tools for core accounting functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing support to senior management in making informed business decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement financial process improvements, analyze financial trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
