We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade network solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco and Fortinet network platforms, as well as advanced routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.

The successful candidate will also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. In addition, they will be responsible for performing network assessments, audits, and health checks to optimize infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade network solutions.
  • Plan and implement advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.) across complex topologies.
  • Perform network assessments, audits, and health checks to optimize infrastructure performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand network requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and designs.
  • Lead network migrations, upgrades, and transitions between different vendor platforms.
  • Ensure network security best practices are followed, particularly with Fortinet firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, FortiManager).
  • Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles.

-Strong hands-on experience with:

-In-depth knowledge of advanced routing protocols including:

  • BGP (e.g., route reflectors, route maps, communities)

-Solid understanding of VLANs, STP, VRFs, NAT, and VPNs (IPSec, SSL).

-Experience with firewall policy creation, UTM features, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms.

-Familiarity with high availability (HA), failover, and redundancy concepts.

-Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
  • Fortinet NSE4/FCP or higher certification (NSE5, NSE6, etc.).
  • Experience with SD-WAN, network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python), or cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
