Senior Business Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Architect to lead the creation of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise banking capabilities, mapping of applications to capabilities, and ability to define BIAN solution for enterprise.
  • They will be responsible for leading the architecture stream of a transformation programme from the front and being the face of it.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in doing effort estimation, costing of deals and experience in being architect for multi million dollars deals.
  • They will also be able to understand Business Object Model and help map bank's data to Business Object Model (BOM).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities.
  • Define BIAN solution for enterprise and have a vision to do big bang, strangled modernisation and transformation.
  • Responsible for leading the architecture stream of a transformation programme from the front and being the face of it.
  • Experience in doing effort estimation, costing of deals and experience in being architect for multi million dollars deals.
  • Ability to understand Business Object Model and help map bank's data to Business Object Model (BOM).
Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of enterprise banking capabilities, mapping of applications to capabilities.
  • Ability to define BIAN solution for enterprise.
  • Experience in leading core banking transformation programmes.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to support strategy socialisation.
  • Capable of establishing a trusted relationship with the business and be a liaison between business and IT folks.
