Business Development Manager Position

This is a freelance business development/sales manager role that involves developing and executing business development strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, think strategically, and be comfortable working on a commission-based structure with a retainer fee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.
