Freelance IT

We are looking for a Freelance IT Specialist to provide on-demand technical support and systems maintenance for our Mandaue office. This role is ideal for a flexible IT professional who can handle network, hardware, and software troubleshooting, as well as support system improvements on a project or ad-hoc basis.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, printers, and office devices
  
• Install, configure, and update computers, servers, and applications.
  
• Support user access management, data backup, and security protocols.
  
• Perform basic cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repairs, and upgrades.
  
• Provide remote or onsite troubleshooting depending on urgency.
  
• Document IT issues, solutions, and standard procedures.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  
• At least 2–5 years of IT support or system administration experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud-based tools.
  
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and data security practices.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Based in Cebu (Mandaue area preferred) with availability for ad-hoc onsite visits.
