About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Expert and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in our security client-facing delivery team, tailoring cybersecurity protocols to support client security journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist vCISOs in executing risk assessments and other elements within a security program
  • Tailor security policies and procedures to fit clients' operations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on our security education platform
  • Design and deploy phishing tests to clients regularly
  • Provide compliance audit readiness support as required
  • Implement and manage Vanta or similar GRC platforms for clients
  • Develop new tools and techniques to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Document best practices for commonly used technologies
  • Identify system misconfigurations and provide recommendations to clients
  • Capture regular metrics on key activities and blockers
  • Support the design and development of our service offerings through insightful feedback
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk or related fields
  • External-facing client experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams to resolve challenges
  • Effective communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with clients and internal audiences
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations, Security Engineering, and Information Risk Management
  • Strong report writing and summarization skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt security best practices quickly
