Job Title: Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for conducting SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA audits with hands-on support from experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and strengthen tech controls to ensure robust security.
  • Share impactful findings with management.
  • Discover ways to enhance client operations and drive results.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
  • Lead client meetings and build trusted relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and tackle challenges proactively.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to shine solo or in a team.
  • High drive to succeed and grow.
  • Fluent English.
  • At least one year of IT audit experience at a Big 4 or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS.
  • Certifications like CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA (active or in progress).

  • Risk Identification: Spot and assess IT risks and gaps.
