Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our Client Services team.

  • This role is responsible for handling customer escalations, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership or coaching, proven sales experience, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, and text.
  • Provide top-notch customer service that ensures customers feel heard, valued, and respected.
  • Efficiently resolve issues by offering corrective solutions and delivering accurate information.
  • Serve as the final point of contact for high-risk or sensitive customer cases.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a leadership or coaching role
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • 3+ years in telecommunications
Benefits:
  • Monthly salary: ₱33,500-₱38,500
  • Performance bonus up to ₱5,000
  • Internet reimbursement up to ₱2,000 per month
