Miss Amara is a pioneering company changing the rug-buying experience through cutting-edge technology and a customer-focused mindset. We're seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Expert to help us revolutionize online sales.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data-driven email marketing, preferably in e-commerce. They'll be skilled in content creation and crafting messages that drive conversions, with a deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to spark action through communications.

The successful Email Marketing & CRM Expert will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels. They'll design and continuously optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies, lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer interactions.

The role requires strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds. Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and continuously optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies
  • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer interactions
  • Develop detailed briefs for the Content team using data and past performance insights
  • Continuously test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements
