We're seeking a talented professional to drive transformative change in our service operations. As an Automation and Business Process Specialist, you'll play a key role in redesigning workflows, streamlining processes, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for process innovation and driving 0-to-1 initiatives that deliver breakthrough results.
  • Designing future-state workflows that combine policy, process, and automation to achieve radical improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate opportunities, and ensure solution designs align with business intent.
  • Supporting the development of decision tree logic, automation flows, and prompt design within the broader context of transformative impact.
  • Tracking and interpreting performance metrics to evaluate initiative success and identify areas for further innovation.
  • Documenting frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to enable repeatable improvement and cross-team alignment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy, with a proven track record of driving transformative change.
  • Strong process thinking, with the ability to simplify complex systems, reduce handoffs, and eliminate waste while promoting radical change.
  • Familiarity with AI- or automation-enhanced service environments and a vision for their transformative potential.
  • Comfort leading discovery, facilitation, and cross-functional problem-solving with a focus on groundbreaking solutions.
  • Strong business judgment, able to connect customer experience outcomes to operational mechanics and bottom-line impact through innovative approaches.
