Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software and other client relationship tools
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or compliance a plus
