We are seeking a skilled Digital Client Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and other client relationship tools
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or compliance a plus
