Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our team of electrical and mechanical design engineers in the development of innovative Switching Power Supplies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • Lead and oversee the team to ensure the achievement of overall design goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement design plans for power supplies, utilizing industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective design products.
  • Manage electrical and mechanical engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and team success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the power supply industry, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
  • Strong technical background in power supply design, including component characteristics, miniaturization, and switching power topologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
