Job Overview

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead high-performance teams in the design and development of cutting-edge power supplies.


About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product architecture, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement robust engineering test plans.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical and mechanical design engineers in the design and development of technology-leading switch mode power supplies
  • Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirement standards
  • Develop and implement engineering test plans focused on quality, cost, and performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new technologies and improve existing ones
  • Manage RFQ creation and involvement
  • Implement company standards for design process
  • Manage team growth, mentorship, and capability development

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering
  • 10-15 years of experience as Design Team Leader / people management role
  • Strong knowledge of switching power topologies
  • Ability to design high-performance power supplies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated pro-active attitude and high motivation
