About the Position:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote our microgrid solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients in key sectors, including commercial, industrial, and governmental industries.
  • P present and demonstrate the technical and financial benefits of microgrid systems.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on renewable energy, power systems, or microgrid solutions.
  • Strong understanding of microgrid technology, renewable energy policies in the Philippines, and energy storage systems.
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and managing large-scale projects within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local energy regulations and incentive programs (e.g., FIT, RPS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is a plus.
