  9. Benefits Management:** Oversee benefits programs, such as HMOs, and provide assistance with enrollment and issues.
  10. Exit Clearance:** Prepare exit clearance documents, including COE, 2316, and final pay, for departing employees.
  11. Confidentiality:** Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  12. Policies and Procedures:** Continuously review and improve internal policies and procedures within the department.
