About the Role

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and automation tools to maximise deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Email Database Management: Manage subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and optimising email deliverability through sender reputation management.
  • Email Content Creation: Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor email performance, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of email marketing experience, with a focus on campaign creation, execution, and analysis.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in email marketing metrics and performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging email content.
  • A creative mindset, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
