Job Title: Academic Success Specialist

About the Role:

This position plays a vital part in ensuring the success of students by coordinating with instructors, monitoring progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technology expertise, and organizational abilities.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the needs of our students and school district partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intakes with families/students, coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide quality customer service
  • Support regional operations by delivering outstanding academic services to students and their families
  • Operate efficiently in a virtual environment, utilizing technology to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Maintain operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence standards by prioritizing key objectives and focusing on results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth in education or related field
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Exhibits professional demeanor and effective communication skills in virtual environments
  • Prioritize and focus on key objectives, working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, using all communication media effectively
  • Works well under pressure, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changes in work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, with a willingness to learn new skills as required
