Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Analyze prepayments and accruals to ensure accuracy.
  • Fixed asset accounting, roll forward and reconciliation.
  • Experience with accounting treatment of leases.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting.
  • Experience with preparing payroll journal entries.
  • Calculate allocation of expenses across multiple business units and entities.
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Work with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and GAAP or IFRS.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
