Marketing Coordinator Position

This role involves working closely with the internal team to execute marketing tasks with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a website rebuild project
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Additional responsibilities may include providing ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams
