Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Content Strategist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating impactful short-form content and driving results through direct-response advertising.

Key responsibilities include editing raw customer video assets into multiple viral-style short-form ads, crafting strong hooks and captions optimized for direct response and conversions, managing outreach to creators for user-generated content collaborations, generating viral video concepts that align with cultural trends and company values, staying updated on short-form content trends, competitor ads, and best practices for engagement, leveraging AI tools to accelerate editing, ideation, and content production, and collaborating with the founder to refine creative strategy and scale winning ad concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in short-form viral content creation
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Direct-response marketing knowledge
  • Familiarity with creator/UGC outreach and management
  • Ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output
