Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that power our mental health technology platform. In this role, you will manage project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and refine project scope to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan resource allocation and secure approvals from stakeholders.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and track project performance using metrics-driven approaches.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on KPI monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to process optimization and comprehensive documentation.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (2 days a week only)
