Lead Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our delivery teams and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding project teams through strategic planning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Delivery Planning: Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Team Enablement: Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Expert Advice: Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Discovery Workshops: Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
  • Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices, enhancing our project execution methodologies.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand problems based on data insights and research.
