Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional with extensive knowledge of tax returns, expert communication skills, and mentoring capabilities to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and oversee the preparation of individual and business tax returns with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and deliver clear, concise tax guidance
  • Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies and planning for clients with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate filings while maintaining excellent client relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Preparer with proven expertise in reviewing tax returns
  • Strong understanding of tax planning principles and ability to explain complex strategies in simple terms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
