Solar Sales Professional

This role involves more than just sales, it’s about empowering families by introducing them to sustainable solar solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be on the front lines, guiding clients through the process and helping them achieve financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate high-quality leads, guiding them from prospect to satisfied customer.
  • Relationship Building: Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver compelling pitches that result in sales.
  • Smart Solutions: Recommend the best solar and financing products to match each client's unique budget and preferences.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline, collaborate with your team, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to help us improve our operations and products.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals. Experience in renewable energy, banking, fintech, or retail is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural communicator who can clearly explain complex products and build trust with clients.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You can work independently while also being a collaborative leader within a team.
  • Problem Solver: You can listen to customer challenges and find creative, effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM software to manage leads and track your sales activities.
  • Mobility: You ideally have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
