Healthcare Customer Support Representative

Are you looking for a part-time job that allows you to work from home? As a CSR Healthcare Account representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with customers. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
The minimum salary for this position is PHP 130.00 per period. This position requires flexibility as you may need to work on weekends and holidays.
Other RequirementsIn addition to meeting the above qualifications, we require applicants to have analytical and problem-solving skills, good comprehension skills, basic knowledge of MS Office, and strong interpersonal skills. If you meet these requirements, please submit your application.
