Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation professional to lead our marketing automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

  • This is a key position in our organization that requires strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus) and familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs, as well as a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
