About this Role

As a seasoned Marketing Cloud expert, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing and business needs, then translate those requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to review existing processes, systems, and documentation.
  • IDentify different use cases and develop test scripts specific to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and team members to contribute to solution design.
  • Map client requirements to Marketing Cloud capabilities, maximizing standard features.
  • Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud systems in line with solution design and best practices.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Gather data to define and document business requirements and collaborate with Solution designers to map solutions per requirement.
  • Provide input to project estimates for declarative system design components.
  • Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  • Manage implementation of SF Solutions to meet business needs.
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork according to specifications provided by Architects or Lead Designers.
  • Offer advice or suggestions for improvement aligned with design objectives.
  • Participate in testing, training, and documentation efforts.
  • Support hypercare activities to assist end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Ideal background in either Salesforce Administrator (stakeholder-facing) with internal Salesforce projects, Technical Business Analyst (specializing in Salesforce configuration), or traditional Salesforce Functional Consultant.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills are essential.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape, including Google Adwords, Meta, etc.
  • Data Cloud knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Active professional network development through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
