An Outbound Caller and Lead Generator plays a crucial role in initiating contact with potential customers, gathering information, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services, engage interest, and assess potential leads
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for our company's products or services
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing objections and addressing any initial questions
- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Research target markets to identify new potential customers using various online sources, directories, and social media
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Segment leads according to industry, company size, location, and other criteria to optimize outreach efforts
- CRM and Data Management
- Record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Regularly update the lead database and ensure data quality, including removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new data as required
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and strategize on outreach methods
- Work with the marketing team to develop scripts and campaigns tailored to various lead segments
- Report lead quality and provide feedback on successful conversion patterns to improve future lead-generation efforts
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to research effectively and identify key decision-makers within companies
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Proficiency in Active Campaign
