
Customer Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
About the Job:The Customer Engagement Specialist will act as a trusted consultant to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them get the most out of our software and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer onboarding and education processes to ensure a smooth transition to our service
- Manage customer relationships, including periodic check-ins, phone calls, and email communications
- Identify opportunities to upsell or promote upgrades to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least a year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management is a MUST
- Experience with process implementation is preferable but not required
- Comfortable with technology and online software services
- Ability to use persuasion and negotiation techniques to influence customer decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
