We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

About the Job:

The Customer Engagement Specialist will act as a trusted consultant to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them get the most out of our software and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough customer onboarding and education processes to ensure a smooth transition to our service
  • Manage customer relationships, including periodic check-ins, phone calls, and email communications
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote upgrades to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least a year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management is a MUST
  • Experience with process implementation is preferable but not required
  • Comfortable with technology and online software services
  • Ability to use persuasion and negotiation techniques to influence customer decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
