  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and wage transparency guidelines.
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to inform pay structure decisions.
  • Manage position salary bands, coordinating adjustments for new hires, promotions, or policy changes.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication and benefit program management.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate pay setup and deductions.
  • Oversee payroll preparation, guaranteeing timely submission for review.
  • Address escalated employee concerns related to payroll discrepancies or benefit enrollment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and plan administrators.
  • Analyze benefit usage trends and suggest cost-effective design improvements.
  • Lead the open enrollment process, including system setup, training, and employee support.
