Celigo is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its growing sales organization. This role requires the ability to generate new business opportunities and expand existing ones through prospecting, nurturing, and identifying qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and self-motivation are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, nurture, and identify qualified leads to bolster the sales pipeline
  • Manage and create outbound campaigns, identify key decision-makers, and conduct initial sales conversations to generate interest
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and Key Personas to drive meaningful conversations and effectively qualify each prospect
  • Conduct research on potential leads through digital resources, evaluate potential accounts, and identify key players aligned with ongoing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize new and strategically significant expansion opportunities
  • Utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
