Compliance Officer Role

This role requires expertise in monitoring and maintaining the integrity of digital communications. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential fraud, spam, and phishing attempts through live message content analysis.
  • Detect, report, and take appropriate action against fraudulent activity, including account blocking.
  • Serve as a senior expert in Compliance, producing and updating business processes and acting as a point of contact within the team.
  • Stay current on regulatory updates, sharing best practices across departments.
  • Onboard, mentor, and oversee compliance specialists, ensuring they meet expectations and are set up for success.
  • Develop and update internal knowledge articles, training materials, and customer-facing collateral related to Compliance and Monitoring.
  • Educate customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging, collaborating closely with support teams.
  • Act as an escalation point and Subject Matter Expert for compliance-related issues raised by customers or sales teams.
  • Analyze performance, implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency, and report on SLAs.

  • Experience in a similar role, particularly one that has required high detail orientation and leadership.
  • At least two years of experience providing live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms (or equivalent).
  • Critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Able to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Proven experience working autonomously and in cross-functional environments.
  • A positive attitude, self-starter, and ability to develop and adapt to a growing team.
  • Exceptional organization, capable of managing schedules effectively and prioritizing tasks when faced with competing demands.
  • Familiarity with live chat, customer ticketing platforms, and CRM platforms.
