About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of accounting knowledge, technical expertise, and strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end client implementations, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure solutions that meet client needs and improve business efficiency.
  • Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement, then design and implement effective solutions.
  • Guide clients through system integration, data migration, and user training, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues to minimize delays.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
